Nose: Lovely bouquet of red berries as cherry and raspberry, typical of the Gamay grape, yet with mineral notes.
Palate: A tender yet lively wine. One easily recognizes its powerful bouquet that is fruitier than floral. A dreamy wine full of emotion.
Food and wine pairing
A perfect accompaniment for delicatessen and light meats, as chicken, cooked pork or meat in sauce like a rabbit stew. Will also perfectly pair with all types of cheeses
The vineyard under this appellation extend over 1280 hectares and lie at the foot of the "Mont Brouilly" hill.

Vinification and maturing
Vintage : 2017
Harvest began during a heatwave, and then a few episodes of rain allowed the vines and remaining grapes to recover some vigor.
Analysis showed almost perfect results and the grapes were in fabulous health.
This year was similar to the 2015 vintage, promising great quality: a high degree of potential alcohol, perfect acidity and rich, sweet grapes with lovely thick skins. The fruit was superb and very aromatic, indicating roundness and wonderful structure to this Gamay. The only negative point was the low yield.
