Nose: Light, fresh and fruity with mineral aromas (gun-flint), white flowers and fresh fruits (peaches), dried fruits and hazelnuts.
Palate: Vanilla with mineral and flowery notes.

This particular location is part of Chablis uniqueness, from its famous terroir made of oysters fossils to the harsh winegrowing conditions we experience in the region. Every vintage is a challenge but every year the special characteristics of the wines shine bright.
