Colour: clear, cherry red. Nose: aromas of red and black fruits (blackberry, blueberry) and light oak. Palate: firm but delicate structure with textured tannins.

The "Terroirs de Bourgogne" range is a selection of reputed single vineyards villages, Premier and Grand Crus from Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune principally. Harvested, made and aged by our winemaker, they are produced in very limited quantities.A famous Côte de Beaune appellation, in Burgundy, taking its name from the village of Pommard. The appellation extends over 322 hectares and is devoted solely to red wines, with 122 hectares classified as Premier Cru.The name "Chanière" is derived from an old Burgundy word “Châgne” ou old French “Chasne”, “Chêne” (a location where oaks grew). This single vineyard is mostly composed of clay and limestone. The soil is well drained thanks to the inclusion of rock debris.
Fermented in wooden vats and aged in French oak barrels for 10 months (20% new oak).
