Tasting notes
Nose: Its bouquet is reminiscent of rose petals, peony, violet and red fruits with a hint of liquorice.
Palate: Intense and deep attack, supported by firm but discreet tannins. Supple structure, fine texture and a lingering finish with notes of blueberry.

Origins
This climat, located in the north of the appellation, consists of two parcels on a hillside not far from Chassagne-Montrachet. The vines are south-east facing and benefit from predominantly clay soil. The name probably comes from the fact that it was pleasant to spend time working on these parcels.
Vinification and maturing
Vintage : 2024
The yields were strongly impacted, with decreases going up to 70% in certain areas. The Côte Chalonnaise resisted better, recording more limited losses. Globally, the volumes are well below the usual average, which recalls the difficult harvests of 2021.
The harvest, late, required a rigorous sorting to preserve the quality. Despite the challenges, the harvested grapes reached a beautiful maturity thanks to a sunny period in September. The reds distinguish themselves by their richness and their concentration, comparable to great vintages like 2010. The whites, elegant, recall those of 2022.
The first tastings reveal promising wines, with concentrated aromas and a beautiful structure. This vintage, although quantitatively limited, promises to be a qualitative success.
