Tasting notes
Nose: The bouquet is expressive and surprisingly elegant, blending aromas of white flowers with delicately woody mineral notes.
Palate: On the palate, a fresh, invigorating wine with a fine structure and delicate aromas: fruity notes (citrus fruit-white flowers) and very mineral notes. A racy, refined, well-balanced, rich wine with a very long finish.

Vinification and maturing
Vintage : 2016
However, the months of July, August and September brought sunshine, giving back hope and improving the quality of the grapes.
In the South of France and the Rhône Valley, despite some bad weather, the harvest is of average quality with concentrated and balanced red wines, although the white wines suffered from the summer heat.
In Burgundy, the harvest is small, even very small for certain appellations like Chablis, but the spared vines produced grapes of good quality.
The 2016 wines are concentrated, with silky tannins and a good acid balance, thanks to the care provided by the winegrowers.
This vintage shows that the work of the winemaker made the qualitative difference, despite the climatic turbulences.
